In math I am learning about mixed numbers and addition, subtraction, and multiplication with decimals. In science I am learning about hurricanes. I will be doing a book study in language arts this coming week for Star of Light.

This week I am starting a book study in language arts for the book The Trumpet of the Swan. For the book study, I read some chapters and answer questions every weekday about what is happening in them. I also review vocabulary words and story predictions.

In language arts, I read two books called Catch the Moon and How to Cook a Worm. I love reading! The stories are about animals - a rabbit and a badger. In math I had a test and got one hundred percent!
