In science this week, I am learning about polar bears, the environment they live in, and adaptations to the cold. I am now learning how to add and subtract decimal numbers, whole numbers, and square roots. I completed a language arts assessment on Monday and did well on it.

This week, I have been learning about fractions and mixed numbers in math. I have also been continuing with my science workbook. This unit focuses on lions and food chains in an ecosystem. In language arts, I read a tall tale about Paul Bunyan.

For art this week, my sister and I started our diamond paintings. It has a pen tool to stick tiny diamonds to that stick to the paper. Mine is the pig and my sister's is Stitch. They are a lot of fun but also a lot of work!
