I used number lines in math to solve equations. I also learned about what causes a species to become extinct in science. And lastly, I learned about map coordinates in geography and how to pinpoint places on a map.

This week I read a book called Farmer Boy. In the book there is a boy named Almanzo. He won a prize for the biggest pumpkin. This week I also learned about how people give blood without running out of it in my daily science. My favorite thing I did this week was play outside with my sister and my baby brother.

This week I read a book called Little Bear. In the book, Little Bear wanted to fly to the moon. In science, I learned how a seed grows into a plant. I also made a pizza with Play-Doh with my baby brother.
